Case Submission Requirements

We will write to you or your client for any outstanding requirements.

However, please note that if the following information can be supplied with the fully completed application form we will be able to proceed to offer more quickly, i.e. normally upon satisfactory assessment of the application and receipt of a satisfactory valuation report.

The following information is usually required:

Money Laundering Information

Please ensure that a current utility bill or council tax statement is included with the application. We will also require proof of identity - This can be in the form of a certified copy of one of the following:

  • Full UK Passport
  • Full UK driving license
  • Benefit book / letter from Benefits Agency (no more than 12 months old)
  • Current Inland Revenue Tax Notification (no more than 12 months old)

Please Note: 'Certified' means confirmed as being a true copy of a valid original and signed and stamped by a regulated person (e.g. Postmaster, Bank or Building Society official, Insurance, Pension, Investment, Mortgage provider, IFA or Accountant).

Proof of Income

  • Last P60 and Latest Payslip
  • If Self Employed – Last 2/3 Years Signed Accounts or Last 2/3 Self Assessment Tax Returns (2 years required below 80% LTV, otherwise 3 years required).

If we are unable to obtain satisfactory confirmation from our credit search, or from the Society’s Valuer, the following may also be required:

  • Last Annual Mortgage Statement
  • Last Months Bank Statements
  • If Buy To Let - Copy of Tenancy Agreement.
