Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register to submit an application?

No – we merely check your FSA number submitted with the mortgage application form to ensure we are able to proceed with processing your client's application.

Can I submit applications online?

No – we require a completed mortgage application form to be posted to our Broker Desk in Scarborough with the relevant fee.

Can I download application forms?

You can download a mortgage application form, which will need to be completed and posted to our Broker Desk in Scarborough.

Is a particular rate still available?

All rates showing on our intermediary website are currently available. Please note, however, that products may be withdrawn at very short notice and until we receive a fully completed application form with fee the product can not be reserved. Pending product withdrawals will be notified on our intermediary website.

Do you credit search AIP’s?

No – we simply check that the case fits our lending criteria and is acceptable to us. AIPs are therefore subject to an acceptable credit search, which is undertaken upon receipt of the full mortgage application form.

Does an AIP secure a product?

No – a product can only be secured once we receive a fully completed and acceptable mortgage application form with the relevant fee at our Broker Desk.

How do I get a KFI/AIP?

These can be obtained from our AIP/KFI section.

What’s your postal address to send the application to?
